Review of The Killing Fields (1984) by Jan-Kristòf L — 02 Mar 2008
Wonderfully shot and raw recollection of the Khmer Rouge genocidal campaign in Cambodia. The only complaint here is the misplaced industrial soundtrack that covers certain scenes. Haing S. Ngor is wondrous as Dith Pran, the journalist left back at the mercy of the Khmer Rouge.
