Review of The Karate Kid Part II (1986) by Dan B — 25 Jul 2008
As a child this was one of the first sequels I saw in the theater. I can even remember excitedly walking into the theater a young naive Dan Bowen, ready to see the continuing saga of Daniel Larusso and Mr.
Miyagi. I learned a hard-life lesson that night; that sequels can really suck. That being said, watching Mr. Miyagi go Chuck Norris on the Kobra Cai sensei at the beginning of the movie was probably worth the price of admission.
