Review of The Karate Kid (2010) by Blake D — 25 Jun 2012

This remake was pretty good. Smith and Chan were great onscreen but it did not match up to Machaio. I asked my wife if she remembers the original movie, and she said she had never seen it. I couldn't believe it, such a classic 80's movie and she never seen it.

I told her everything you see is the same as the original except for "wax on, wax off." She says "What's that?" One of these days I am going to rent it just so she could realize what she missed.

This movie was a little too long but it was good to watch.
