Review of The Intruder (1962) by Bryan M — 30 Aug 2009
William Shatner gives a chiling performance as a smooth-talking racist trying to stop integration in a small town. Unlike any other performance he's ever given, as well as one of Roger Corman's rare genuine achievements in film making.
Before and after, Corman's main claim to fame was his low-budget horror movies (some of which a very entertaining, however).
