Review of The Interrupters (2011) by William M — 31 Jan 2012
5 stars for the type of movie it is and what it represents. Although this is not a feature it is a documentary of violence that surrounds Chicago. It is inspirational in a way that is showed real scenarios progress over time where the "Interrupters" made a positive difference in peoples lives by getting them to think instead of acting on emotions alone.
Lives were changed for the better in this film and if people who are in this situation see this it may help them think also. It will not save the world or end violence but it may help a few and that is a start.
