(1999 Director: Michael Mann) Some movies you start to watch then you cannot pull yourself away...this is one of those movies.
In certain places, I almost felt Al Pacino is in reality SERPICO! Perhaps a bit dissolutioned at the havoc his career wreaks on his "sources," Pacino (portraying dedicated CBS journalist Lowell Bergman) to put it mildly comes unglued....& to the aid or repair of the character of his key informant who is being character assassinated over his truth telling....MUST SEE!! Christopher Plummer in a role I LIKE, FINALLY!!
