Review of The Illusionist (2009) by Timothy R — 14 Dec 2012
A very beautiful, heartwarming and sad animated film. The hand drawn animation is superb and has one of the most amazing shots I have seen in any animated film. It tells the story of an aging magician who's love for a young girl is not returned.
I wish there were more films like this instead of the 3D Hollywood junk that keeps getting churned out.
