Review of The Hurt Locker (2008) by Westleigh Q — 26 May 2013
Intense look into the lives of an American ordinance disposal unit during the Iraq War. While I thought the various sequences were interesting, there was a complete lack of story tying everything together.
It almost seemed like random documentary footage spliced together minus the voiceover. So, while gripping and entertaining, The Hurt Locker never really seems to get any point across to the audience.
