Well...I really did WANT to like The Hurt Locker, but it's a bit too patriotic and righteous about the war for me (at least that's what I see in it), and tries to be a modern Saving Private Ryan.
..and fails. It's entertaining enough, no doubt about that, and the actors are doing a good job, but...a lot of it is kinda generic.
