Review of The Hurricane (1999) by *~Beautifully B — 10 Dec 2007

This movie is awesome!!! Another extremely good role played by Denzel! (of course, all his movies are great!) Based on the true story of Rubin "Hurricane" Carter.

I loved all the ups & downs of this movie & the passion the characters had to help each other. I loved how the little boy, who didn't even know of him, was suddenly so interested in helping him because their lives were so much alike.

This movie made me cry, made me laugh & left me with the feeling of hope. How one person can come into your life & change it altogether. Goes to show that many things can overpower racism, it just takes time & effort & belief.

Wonderful story, wonderful characters, wonderful movie!
