Review of The Hunt (2013) by Kyle N — 14 Jul 2013
In his most intriguing and powerful performances yet, Mads Mikkelson provides a thought-provoking performance of a character present in the real-world today, but unrecognized by society. The film cleverly employs the multiple meanings of the title to compare a seemingly irrelevant theme throughout the film with the metaphorical hunt of the falsely accused Lucas.
What makes the film so engaging is its real-life potential, leaving the viewer knowing just how easy it is for this life-altering issue to happen to oneself.
