Review of The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1939) by Jan K — 08 Dec 2007
A classic, and great acting by Laughton (who really look like a 'freak'!) and Maureen (oh, so beautiful!) O'Hara. As always, the book is better, but it's a decent adaption. A fantastic story that might be too fantastic for some, but, hey, that's Hugo.
You either love it, or you don't. As for me, I love it! :-).
