Review of The House of Yes (1997) by Ken S — 20 Jan 2016
Weird little dark comedy from the late 90s about a young woman obsessed with Jackie Kennedy and the JFK assassination, her twin brother with whom she has a strange incestuous relationship with, their mentally deficient younger brother, their strange and distant mother, and the twin brother's fiancà (C) who he believes he can become normal with.
It is a dark comedy that is quirky and weird and touches on subjects some may find a little disturbing, but I liked it well enough. I like this kind of movie, and it has been years since I've really seen something of this type from this era.
I kind of miss watching these kind of movies.
