Review of The House of Yes (1997) by Brandon C — 04 Aug 2012
It has a lot of the same qualities and concepts that made Pinter's "The Homecoming" so great. The type of film that is completely suspended by dialogue, and keeps you glued all the way through. The entire cast did a commendable job, but it's Parker Posey and Geneviève Bujold that run away with the thing. Tori Spelling did just fine in this role, and I give her credit for even touching so creative a project.
The whole concept involving the pivotal Kennedy assassination is a very clever device.
