Review of The House of the Devil (2009) by Ante P — 18 Jul 2010

Wow, I gotta say that the throwback is spot on and it was a blast watching it in awe of that, but to get to the payoff takes more effort than I thought I had in me. The suspense grows as you wait and wait and wait for something to happen that barely happens - and when it does, it happens a little too quickly.

Watching what's her face prance about the house aimlessly was amusing for a bit and did build quite a bit of suspense because you know something has to happen soon. All in all it wasn't bad. I just wanted and expected more.
