Suspenseful horror that carefully pays homage to genre pics of the 80s without delving into parody. Atmosphere-a-plenty in this House, with a welcome cameo from icon Dee Wallace, and creepy performance from Tom Noonan.
Recommended for horror fans who understand and appreciate the art of telling a good story without resorting to gore, simply for gore's sake.
