Lovely period drama. Ending on the sad side the movie actually made me mad the very first time...indeed it still does.Anytime you read a book before watching the movie the book will put the movie to shame.
..none the less Gillian Anderson was excellent. Eric Stoltzs was perfect. The scenery was amazing and this movie remains a favorite of mine.
