Review of The Host (2006) by Doctor S — 11 Feb 2013
I genuinely enjoyed this movie. It has all the makings of a great monster flick. The injection of some of the family "humor" knocked it down a couple of pegs for me as I thought it disrupted the flow.
Perhaps a second viewing will warm me up to it. Also, some crazy effects for the creature. Really liked how they pulled it off.
