Review of The Host (2006) by Dannh. — 08 Aug 2007
The reviews and acclaim had this on my must see list for quite a while so I admit my expectations were set very high. Unfortunately this film did not even come remotely close. A predictable plot, flat characters, and witless humor ruin what could have been a decent movie.
The fact that this movie is billed as "One of the greatest monster movies of all time" speaks volumes for the quality of its monster predecessors (no offense Gamora).
