Review of The Horse Whisperer (1998) by Moya W — 11 Jan 2011
The actual dilemma in watching this movie is, that after having watched it I have no idea which feelings I have towards it.
I do know though that this movie showed some pure talent from Scarlett Johansson, and despite the fact that I have no love for animals whatsoever I managed to enjoy the movie. Even though it ended up being a lot longer than I'd expected. I suppose it has something to do with the fact that even though it's about horses, it's about something else too. It has depth. It's about love and loss. It has tragedy and tears in it.
It shows something that everyone's gone through. Grief.
