Nice adaption from a true story... Joan Chen is superb... people would doubt why Joan Chen got the Golden Horse Award this year... after watching this film you will have no doubt... Joan is very strong and influential in the film!!! In fact it's very hard to handle that role but somehow Joan did it excellently.
