Review of The Hills Have Eyes (1977) by Kevin C — 30 Aug 2013

I love Wes Craven's movies but this is one of those movies that is average. As a story it is good and has lots of thrilling moments . But, there are 2 major things that I didn't like in it :

1-The special effects on Jupiter (James Whitworth) disappear every time he runs then are there when he stops to look or talk.

2-The acting is so cheesy with most of the actors. Some of the screams are pretty annoying.

But a good thing about The Hills have eyes is the extreme violent scenes and how they show the brutality in that moment.
