Review of The Hawks and the Sparrows (1966) by Derrick P — 16 May 2008
Odd combination of slapstick comedy and leftist social commentary, the latter delivered by a talking raven. OK, not great, though Toto is very enjoyable in the lead role. Good Morricone theme and yes, fine title sequence.
