Review of The Haunting (1963) by Rachel B — 19 Oct 2008
No blood and gore, no hatchets, no elaborate deaths. This was better than any horror film I've seen in a long time. The only things they use to frighten are camera angles and lighting. But it works.
It works frighteningly well. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE skip Saw 5 and see this one this Halloween.
