Review of The Haunting (1963) by Alison O — 09 Dec 2010
This movie is a classical example of how horror actually works the terror in without you actually seeing the presence. Modern horror seems to rely heavily on physically seeing blood and other atrocities that well, seem to be getting more and more lame.
This movie works it so that you question whether the hauntings are all in elenors head or if it's actually ghost though in the end it was ghosts. This is definately my pick for best halloween movie to watch.
