One of my favorite "ghost" stories of all time. This is a brilliant film. There may be a scene or two here and there that will seem like a corny old fashioned Haunted House film, but for the most part, this is a brilliantly directed, subtle, adult, beautiful, and atmospheric film by the late great Robert Wise.
The Haunting is a film marvel, a masterpiece, a true classic in my opinion.
