Terminator meets teen coming of age angst, meets secret military cover-up mish mash and you have the very entertaining "The Guest".
Doesn't try to be to clever, and it is never boring due to the nice cinematographic tricks and honest film making. Also to note: excellent acting from Dan Stevens.
