I decided to watch this movie because I love Dan Stevens performance in Downton Abbey and I really missed Matthew Crawley. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked the story and the characters. This was an edgy, thriller with odes to 80s movies.
I highly recommend! Anyhow, Dan Stevens is truly an amazing actor-I cannot believe how he transformed himself from a proper English gentlemen to an extremely physical fit, US Southern boy with an edge.
His facial expressions tell so much--he is an acting genius. I would love to see a Guest II.
