It just made my 2011 best films' list. Is that enough to say?
It is the classic (hackneyed) fish out of water storyline. An FBI agent (Don Cheadle) has come to Ireland. Over 500 million dollars' worth of cocaine is about to be delivered somewhere on the coastline. Usually, the outsider is the focus in these stories. Not here. In this film, the "water" is the focus - the Irish Guard (policeman) Cheadle has to work with. He is unique and the roving center of the film.
