Review of The Guard (2011) by Oliver M — 10 Dec 2015
Good film, but after seeing the directors first film "In Bruge" I had higher hopes that this film would be as good if not better as his first. The film kept my interest for the most part as the directors script is witty and sharp, but I felt that the film dragged its feet at times.
Overall The Gaurd didn't really excite me, it feels like a movie that goes into my collection and occupies the same place for a long time until I forget what it's about and give it another shot.
