Review of The Great Silence (1968) by Lady D — 21 May 2009
I saw this in original italian without subtitles, so maybe I didn't get all of the nuances of the plot. But what is clear is that this is one cynical, and visually brilliant spaghetti western. One of Corbucci's finest, this is often mentioned in the same vein as the dollars trilogy.
