This was not the movie I expected. I was disappointed with the love story buried into the storyline which kept on raising its boring head. Why are film makers insisting on putting this tripe into war films? This film could have been three quarters of an hour shorter and one heck of a lot more interesting without it.
Could you imagine the flop The Dirty Dozen or Raid on Entebbe would have been with an embedded love story? If you can and you feel nauseous donâ??t bother with this movie. Rent Invasion USA or something like that at least it will be entertaining if not based on reality.
