You have to watch this once if only for Vincent Price's voicing of Professor Ratigan. It's a very good movie even if underappreciated - but Price's voice-over work is a classic match the likes of Phil Harris/Baloo, Geraldine Page/ Madame Medusa, or Robin Williams/Genie.
