Review of The Great Dictator (1940) by Daniel S — 11 Feb 2009
Chaplin said that he would never have made this if he had known the true extent of what was happening. The best part is at the end when he gives the speech. It's a shame that Hollywood didn't play as large of a role when it came to WW2 as a Shoah when it was actually going on.
