Review of The Great Dictator (1940) by Brayden T — 25 May 2015
This movie made we laugh as much as it made me kind of mourn for today's comedy. They DO NOT make comedic movies like this anymore, and it's a shame. The relentless stream of unbelievably clever humor took me by surprise, as this was my first taste of Chaplin's work, and I was immediately sold.
So good it hurts.
