Review of The Grapes of Wrath (1940) by Jasmin V — 04 Mar 2014
With themes that stretch over centuries, realities we can't shake, a penchant for harsh truth, and a story before it's time, The Grapes of Wrath carved itself a niche in classic works. Humanity will never cease its fascination with issues that are heavily debated.
We will never forget history, even if we not are proud of it. Society never truly values the truth until it's long past its time. And above all, it will always take someone with a little more determination to make castles in the sands of time.
This is a movie worth watching, with meanings worth understanding.
