Not bad as an attempted homage to an earlier style... unfortunately we just don't care enough about the characters. Plus, Clooney's character doesn't have enough motivation to carry through with all of the stuff that happens.
It's worth a look, and the visual style is cool. But other than that, this is only so-so.
