Review of The Good German (2006) by Max M — 27 Jan 2008
Style over substance. Director Steven Soderbergh's technical approach to this film (limiting himself to 1940's filmmaking techniques) is interesting but the story is so ineffectual, convoluted, and downright boring that you're left wondering, "who cares?".
