Review of The Golden Voyage of Sinbad (1973) by Matthew C — 20 Jul 2010
Though the story for this outing isn't as good as the Seventh Voyage, it's still quite good, and John Philip Law is by far the best cinematic Sinbad. Harryhausen's stop-motion creatures are typically cool and there's plenty of fun adventure to be had.
Caroline Munro makes a worthy object of Sinbad's affection and Tom Baker is a dastardly villain. A must see for fans of classic adventure films and Arabian Nights tales.
