Review of The Godfather Part II (1974) by Bernie M — 27 Feb 2015
Too me, not quite as good as the first. Yes Pacino, De Niro and Gazzo are all great, but the story wasn't nearly as good too me. I did love however, Michael growing and changing as a character more dark and evil, done excellently by Pacino.
It felt much longer then the first one, I was less immersed in the story. Still, this movie is a classic, and deserves all the recognition it gets. Just not quite the masterpiece that the first Godfather was.
