Wonderful performances by all of the lead actors. It captures the life of a having a narcissistic parent closer than any movie I've ever seen. I want to hug, punch, and thank Brie for capturing the pain and confusion of wanting to be carried for by someone who simply isn't capable.
It is NOT an easy movie to watch. It is NOT a date night movie. It is a wonderfully acted story about the challenges of life when the people you should be able to count on above all others...can't be counted on.
