Review of The Giver (2014) by Richard D — 01 Dec 2015
Why this film may not be great, I do think it is important to see, and thus my 4 star rating.
It's a simple story about a guy who is burdened with all the love and hate in the world to one day offer council. Like many science fiction stories about the importance of our most basic levels of humanity, the raw power of the emotions is what makes this particular story stand out.
