Review of The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (1997) by Sharon W — 06 May 2009

This is an entertaining movie but it would've been so much better if it wasn't dubbed. No matter how good the English speaking actors are it just comes off as distracting for me because the tone and way of talking just doesn't seem to fit.

Anyway, the story is cute with some pretty funny moments. I didn't think the ending worked very well, it kind of felt like the writer lost his train of thought, but overall an enjoyable movie. The music is really good and the visuals were great, specifically the clouds and the sunset.
