Review of The Ghost and Mrs. Muir (1947) by Philip S — 14 Mar 2009
One of Hollywood's great pieces of romantic whimsy, beautifully acted by Gene Tierney and Rex Harrison, with a haunting Bernard Hermann score. This is the film to which I refer people who didn't "get" the ending of James Cameron's TITANIC, because this is one of the films he lifted it from!
