Review of The Getaway (1972) by Michael M — 23 Jun 2009
Story tends to lag in parts, but the parts that work, work great! Also, the train depot sequence is worthy of a Hitchcock film. My main problem is the finale feels so rushed. Really good, but wish they would have drawn that out a bit.
A must for McQueen and Peckinpah fans.
