Review of The Gene Generation (2007) by Befani G — 17 Mar 2010
This is actually a terrible film, but the plot was quite good (a sister tries to sort out her troublesome younger brother's gambling problems, aswell as any other problems he can manage to create, by killing as many people as possible) and the costumes were all steam-punk-style which was great.
There was guns, gore, videogame-effects, fairly interesting characters and an excellent choice of Industrial music. Unfortunately the script was absolute trash and a lot of the acting was that annoying exaggerated kind of raw emotion.
No actual feeling there, just what you expect to see (tears, smiles, laughter.).
