Review of The Gene Generation (2007) by Richard S — 13 Jul 2009
If not for the fact I'm a Bai Ling fan this would not have.
Been a satisfactory movie.
First the good, the actors, especially Daniel Zacapa do a.
Good job with what they are given. There are also some.
Decent action sequences and yet another chance to see.
Bai Ling topless. Its amazing she still has a body that.
Most 20 odd year old's would be envious of, let alone a lady.
Over the age of 40. Some how she seems to keep getting.
Sexier every year.
Now the bad, there is an overload of material that makes.
No sense. Someone decided that the Transcorder device must.
Have these huge stupid worms blazing out. They really need.
To learn to be a bit more subtle. The device starts out as.
A "normal" items with wires poking through ala the fifth.
Element resurrection sequence, then for no reason.
What-so-ever springs out the stupid snakes/work/tentacles.
Instead.
The basic towns are good, but they are all in these "cups".
That have had huge designs of mutated people on them.
Sorry, why in the hell would the population waste the effort.
To do this? If this in an alien created environment, it.
Really needs a better explanation. Sometimes the script.
Seems to imply they are on earth, other times they are on.
Another planet?
The whole DNA hacker thing is not really explored all that.
Well and neither is the destination of the place people are.
Trying to get to.
Really, this movie with some modifications COULD have been a.
Nice show case for the actors, but is ruined with some stupid.
Choices and a number of things that made absolutely zero.
Sense for what we do know.
So, in conclusion, if you want to see Bai Ling naked, or a.
Fine acting performance Daniel Zacapa, this is a good movie.
To see, otherwise, well, not so much. Sorry.
