Review of The Frozen Ground (2013) by Nancy C — 11 Jul 2014
So glad to see Cage in his nuanced element again. It must be difficult to produce/direct/act in a serial killer film at this point but he, Cusack and Hudgens-well why not say the whole cast?- made this a very good film.
Not an easy subject and one I do not want to become complacent. Kudos to all involved in the project who made this a film that was watchable without losing one's lunch and did not try to up-the-ante to distinguish it from other films that have followed the lives of other serial killers.
Conclusions. Police are not paid enough for what they do, and Alaska has moved up several places on my bucket list.
