Review of The French Connection (1971) by Corey N — 28 Feb 2009
This is a great cop movie. Gene Hackman gives a great performance as Popeye Doyle the tough narcotics cop. Roy Scheider gives a great supporting role. The movie has that 70's look that most films did during that time.
Great story with great direction. Worth a watch for any fan of cop movies.
