Review of The French Connection (1971) by Robert R — 09 Aug 2012
Slick, well-plotted, and with a terrific cast. Hackman never fails to deliver, and Scheider is great as well. This is a phenomenal movie, and a defining film of its generation. The critic that gave this a rotten should be tarred and feathered.
